1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of pawsfable.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from PawsFable. The Site is operated by ALL THE BEST INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (trading as "PawsFable", "we", "us"), a company registered in Hong Kong, RM A08, 2/F, LEE KA IND BLDG, 8 NG FONG ST, SAN PO KONG, HONG KONG.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell to customers in the countries available at checkout.

3. Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on different screens, and sizes and specifications may vary slightly between production batches. If a product you receive is not as described, you're covered by our Refund Policy.

Our products are pet accessories and training aids. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical or behavioral condition, and results vary from pet to pet. Always follow the product instructions, supervise your pet with new products, and stop using a product if it becomes damaged. For health or behavior concerns, please speak with your veterinarian or a qualified trainer.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the Site. You'll be charged in the currency shown at checkout.
  • Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.
  • Promotional prices and discount codes apply only during the stated promotion and can't be applied to past orders.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an obvious error, we'll contact you before shipping and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if a product is unavailable, if there's a pricing or description error, if the shipping address can't be served, or if we suspect fraud or resale. We may limit quantities per customer. You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering if your order hasn't shipped.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times and costs, and how we handle late or lost orders, are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Reviews and content you share

If you post a review, photo or comment, you confirm that it's your honest opinion based on your own experience and that you have the right to share it. You allow us to display it on our Site and social media. We don't edit reviews to change their meaning, and we don't remove reviews because they are negative. We may remove content that is offensive, unrelated or contains personal information.

Some reviews shown on our Site were written by buyers of the same product on other marketplaces. Where this is the case, it is stated on the page.

8. Intellectual property

The PawsFable name, logo, Site design, text, photos and graphics belong to us or our licensors. Please don't copy or use them without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it with automated tools without permission, placing fraudulent orders or using it for anything unlawful.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded, including the Australian Consumer Law and the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
