1. Shipping Destinations, Options & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to North America, Europe, and Oceania. We offer two shipping options at checkout to best suit your needs:
Standard Tracked Shipping: Free for all supported regions.
VIP Handling (Skip the Queue): $2.95 flat rate. Choose this option to have your order prioritized in our fulfillment center.

VIP Handling (Skip the Queue): $2.95 (8 – 17 Business Days)
Europe (England, France, Germany, Italy, and other supported countries)

VIP Handling (Skip the Queue): $2.95 (7 – 15 Business Days)
Oceania (Australia & New Zealand)

Note: These timeframes are estimates. Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services, customs processing, and specific product types.
2. Processing Time
We know you're excited to receive your order!
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 2 – 4 business days. (Orders with VIP Handling will be prioritized during this phase).
During peak seasons (such as Black Friday or Christmas) or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
We process orders from Monday to Friday.
3. Order Tracking
Transparency is key. Once your order has been dispatched:
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can track your package’s journey directly through our website or via international tracking portals.
Please allow 2-5 days for the tracking information to update once you receive the notification.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
PawsFable ships internationally, and prices on our store do not include import duties or local taxes.
Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Fees: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@pawsfable.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
