A: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once processed, your package will be dispatched the following business day. (We do not process orders on weekends).

  • USA, Canada, Australia & Rest of World: 30 days from receipt. To initiate a return, email us at support@pawsfable.com, and we will provide the return instructions.

A: That’s on us! Please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will prioritize your case and offer a full refund or free replacement—no return necessary in most defect cases.
